Sport

Sport has always been an anchor in my personal life, but throughout my professional career, has become even more important.

As most of you know, I am mostly involved in triathlon and running competitions. 

​

As regards the Calcutta Run (the legal fundraiser of the Law Society of Ireland), I have not managed to win it yet (but maybe some day).

I was lucky enough to be asked by Triathlon Ireland to film a short series of videos about beginner tips for triathlon. Carolyn Hayes (one of our current Olympic hopefuls for Irish triathlon) showed me some of the tips and tricks she uses.
